When your order is dispatched we will send you a email with all the dispatch details to the email address you provided with the order. This will show the address we sent the order to, courier name and tracking number if applicable.
Please email us at help@swankyswans.co.uk immediately with the request so we can make the changes. Our cut off time is 1pm for orders going out same day, if we receive your request by this time we should be able to make the changes. If it is too late to cancel or change the order. If the item cannot be delivered and it is returned to us we will issue a refund once received back.
We reply to emails 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you have emailed us out of these hours or during a public holiday we will respond once the office is open again and deal with your query. If you place an order using UK standard delivery this should arrive within 2/3 business days, if there is any delay or delivery issue this can take longer.

Yes, we do. Ordering from outside the UK? We deliver worldwide, including Europe, US, Canada and Asia. When at check out please select the correct zone for your country. If the incorrect zone is selected the payment will be incorrect and this may delay your order.

When ordering internationally please ensure that wherever you have a postal or zip code you supply that at the checkout. This will aid quick and easy delivery of your order with the minimum of fuss. Incomplete or inconsistent delivery information can create issues for international delivery.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages or contact you to pay for the charges before releasing the parcel.
We have a no quibbles 30 days returns policy, if you do not like the item or it does not match your outfit you can return it to us within 30 days of order date for a full refund including any original postage paid. If you have had the item over 30 days since order date and you wish to return it unfortunately this will not be possible.
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order.
We provide 30 days from order date as this is reasonable time to receive an item and return it.
We reserve the right to refuse any item returned to us after 30 days or this may be sent back at your cost.

If you have received the wrong item to what was ordered please send us an email at help@swankyswans.co.uk along with your order number and an image of the item received so we can resolve this swiftly.

We process returns within 2/3 business days of receipt into our office. During busy periods this can take up to 7 working days. If your return has not been processed within a reasonable time then please send us an email at help@swankyswans.co.uk along with your order number and proof of postage so we can chase this up for you.
Once we have processed your refund it can take between 1-5 working days for the refund to appear back on your card / account statement. This all depends on the method of payment. We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice
You will need to return the item to the store you purchased the item from according to their terms and conditions.
